Should you purchase an item that is found to be faulty or not as advertised we will refund or replace the item.Simply email us with your problem and we will send you our UK mailing address to return the kit to.

Please note, Ordering of the incorrect size is not a valid reason for refund. In this case we are happy to replace items free of charge but reshipping costs shall be paid by the customer so we please ask you to check the size chart for the correct size before ordering.
